mYTHmAKER Posted September 6, 2006 Rawness...yes thats important to balance in. This book, Mythmaker, is for weight loss? Can you desribe it? Looking at the concordance, it recommends vegis, avoid cancer and revolution... Â The book is for healthy eating. If you eat healthy you will be at your proper weight and reverse disease. If you follow what Dr Fuhrman says you will lose weight if you are overweight. The book is marketed as a weight lose book because that's what sells. Here is Joel Fuhrmans website which is packed with information. Â http://www.drfuhrman.com/
