If You Were To Open A Vegetarian Restaurant?

If you were to open a vegitarian restaurant that was bigger than Mcdonalds and had tao immortals on the walls, what would you put on the menu?

What would you call it?

 

Ill give the first idea for a menu item...

Open face portobella with cheese on whole grain bread with lettuce tomato and special guacamole sauce

I went to a vegeterian festival and had an exellent Ethiopian dish of spicy lentils and flatbread.

I'd link the menu to emotions. Love for heart healthy things,like chocolate some veggies. Stength for higher protein items. Energy for anything with caffeine or gives you a boost.

 

I'm getting into fondues, and they can pretty veg friendly. If you want Americans you'd have to think fast foodish. Not fries, but good tempura.
