Harmonious Emptiness Posted September 4, 2011 In my experience, it is a gong-less gong. Spontaneously incorporated it into my practices about 6 weeks ago. Good stuff. No joke. Â Yeah, it seems like a pretty intuitive thing to do to focus intent and guide chi. I guess I've always done this during Chi Kung though more intensely sometimes than others. I'm not sure how people would maintain their sense of the qi without having this type of focus. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
