73543_1494798777 Posted September 5, 2011 Hey all. Im new. New to chi and new to this forum. Im having problems "shutting down" after intense chi experiences. I think it should be isolated in the lower dantien, but it tends to slip out a bit. Feels kind of sloppy. Are there some good well known standard techniques for locking the chi up tight?
