Marblehead Posted November 5, 2011 I know your feeling. I started working out with weights in my mid thirties thanks to a Special Forces friend of mine at the time. Â I still work out. Not constantly though. When I am feeling a little whimpy I will start a session and work up to where I want my strength and endurance and then stop until I am feeling whimpy again. Â And yes, when I start I always start with the ten pound dumbbells and work up from there gradually. I am actually in a session now at about my half way mark. Â And you are so right.
