Ken Cohens 100 Day Qigong Course

Just saw this product today ,looks cool.Essential qigong

 

Basically ,its a set of about 5 cd's,2dvd's,some booklets & a training journal for a homestudy course working some kind of 100 day formula.

 

Now,Im actually anticipating 2-3 months of relative solitude coming up soon,so something along these line sounds interesting,& I loved Kens book on chi gong.Has anyone had any experience with this course yet ? (Its produced by Sounds True).I would really appreciate any feedback on its usefulness for the Chi Gung beginner.
