he is a "shaolin healing monk", the temple or school is in the UK and the healer is Caucasian. Wearing orange/yellow/red shaolin robes.

 

he grabs the hand of a patient and the patient start to shake uncontrollably. I did not know shaolin had "healer monks".

Maybe he is a student of Shi Delon? Shi Delon does that sort of thing in the UK.

yes it looks like it's the right place just the particular vid i saw might have been elsewhere or youtube of the same place but holding hands at a temple entrance. thanks for the find .
