Grad degree certificate in Asian Religions and Healing

For anyone who is interested, this series of four seem like they could be very fun!

Livia Kohn is respected in the Taoist practices community (such as by Winn), although she is an academic.

She is a major player in Western Taoism. The 4 courses would cost 8 grand total! Wow!

Seems really interesting.

I am happy to see things like this happen, and I hope they will happen more and more. This is now too late for us, as the first of the courses has already nearly ended, but if it has success it might be done again in another year.

Also it would be good if some of the material was online for free.

In Italy there is a compromise that happens betwen the request that culture should be for free and the necessity to pay teachers: the lessons are for free, but the actual exam costs money. In this way people who have time can benefit for a series of free lessons, but if they actually need it to make an investment in the future and do something with it professionally they need to also invest economically. QUite an acceptable compromise that, for example, permit to many mature people to follow courses in philosophy and litterature that they would never be able to afford if not. Hopefully some similar thing will eventually happen online too.
