Aetherous Posted February 8, 2012 I say do cayenne, or raw garlic...since those have healing effects. Yes, this is a real spiritual practice.
Ish Posted February 8, 2012 So you're suggesting a primary practice of eating hot peppers? I think your stomach would give out before you got any realisations, except the realisation that it hurts to go to the bathroom ><. Â Well as a supplement for health and healing it might fit for some people, heard good things about cayenne.

spiraltao Posted February 10, 2012 (edited) Oil of Capsicum (OC in the pepper spray cops use) helps one's dermis heal faster and I hear the immigrants say it helps them handle heat better. I know one who ate one ghost chili mid day every day and he didn't sweat in the tobacco patch. Edited February 10, 2012 by jaysahnztao
