Enjoy the heart I heard if you eat a raw cow heart fresh out of a cow it can massage your gums and teeth while it is still beating, and if you swallow it whole it will massage your whole digestive tract. Best if you tickle a cow under the hoof first to get it giggling and the heart pumping hard. Pretty powerful stuff!

buscon Posted March 1, 2012 joking aside is beef heart a really powerful food and it's nothing so strange. The meat is actually just muscle, very low fat and tastes wonderful; moreover it's quite cheap, so you can afford it to buy it organic

Gerard Posted March 3, 2012 (edited) It will heal and nourish your heart's Qi. Good stuff. Also try to put more emphasis on the bitter flavour as it mainly related to the heart's energy. Good luck. Edited March 3, 2012 by Gerard
