With the Day of Judgment coming in less than 8 months time, I just wanna do my best to let all in here know the dangers of succumbing to their inner demons.

 

Never let it be said that I am selfish with my knowledge.

 

Never let it be said that I am someone who separates myself from the rest of humanity and someone who refuses to help humanity, as claimed by the fox.

 

It is not that I do not want to help humanity. It is that humanity does not want my form of help!

 

Humanity wants God and the Divine to bend to their selfish and greedy desires and that will never do!

 

Humanity must realize that they are petty pawns in comparison to the higher dimensional gods out there and the gods have their own reasons for teaching humans to be "pure" creatures.

 

If the Gods and the Divine want us to walk the "pure" road to enlightenment, then we must walk it, regardless of how hard that road is!

 

Humanity bend and bow to the Gods and the Divine and not the other way round!

Since when do you get to say which threads are "garbage" and which thread are not?

 

Are the threads on "vicious dogs" and "vicious frogs" garbage?

Hell is a lower astral realm and the Archangel of Death gets to decide who has to spend time locked up in that prison after their souls cross over.

This is a very different thread topic? Perhaps it would be good to make the title clear it is about hell realms re. sex, rather than you and your ongoing war.

 

Perhaps you could make your sources clear in your first post, ie where precisely do these ideas come from?

 

 

Are there other ideas that you are also considering in your research of this issue?

 

The very ideas themselves cant be taken as TRUTH on a discussion board full of divergent viewpoints, you may need to pay some respect to alternative points of view.

 

Perhaps you have some studies and texts that you can share with us that outline more about the context from which you are coming. Forgive me for not entirely knowing with whom you study and what your practices are. I'm not sure that everybody is clear on this, which may be why you are getting frustrated responses that appear to consider that you are - to put it colloquially - talking out of your hat.

tulku, serious question. Why do you have a need to show everyone your belief system? If you want to share, that's great, but how come your replies are always so defensive and vague? People have tried to engage you in a discussion only to be shot down by you. It is simply disrespectful. If you want to share something, share it openly and without judgment.

You mix alot of religions and philosophies. Why? What is the connection between Christian belief of hell/heaven, Hinduism, Buddhism? End of the world in Dec. 2012, why bring it up? You also preach ascetic life, then what are you doing here on internet spending good portion of your time here? You don't think its contradictory?

I think it makes sense to understand the 7 deadly sins, see them in ourselves and work to control them. Which IMO doesn't mean complete cessation, understand our 'shadow' without fear or enticement.

 

Speaking of control, I think such thoughts of hell are used by religion to keep people in line. Also, a deity who creates such hells is much like a young child who enjoys pulling wings off flies. An immature being at best.

 

It's not that Tulku's aims are bad. Most of us applaud those who are writing in 100 Days of Abstinence, its his preachy, emotional (negatively charged), 'You Must follow' voice that gets the condemnation.

 

If he wrote about what he was doing and any benefits he was getting out of it instead of preaching what others Must do, he'd get respect instead of hecklers.

Yes everything is connected but I don't explain stuff to hypocrites who say I am disrespectful and yet have the gall to openly cast insults at me because their wisdom is not high enough to create plausible statements which can sway me to their point of view.

 

Asceticism isn't about shunning the net or the phone. It is about shunning the pleasures of the body.

 

How one can gain pleasure from the net is beyond my comprehension.

I think you should be the one straightening your thoughts out and chilling out. I am merely asking everyone to destroy their sins so that when the Deities appear after the end of this year, no one will have to be punished for their sins.

 

Also, destroying one's sins especially lust and sex is useful to one's cultivation.

 

Unlike some in here who are jealous of other people's cultivation and merits and who would do anything to pull down the holy people in here. These are the real trolls instead.
