Question about pronunciation of the word "question"

I hear some people pronounce the word "question" with the "s" like an "sh". Is it a regional dialect or just sloppiness?

I'm a big fan of "sh".

 

In junior high I would get half of the class to say "shhh". And then get the other have to say "it" right after.

Say the word Rosy Rosy Rosy over and over. It will turn into Zero Zero Zero. When it does you will get confused and not be able to keep saying it over and over. Very weird.
