Immortal4life Posted June 25, 2012 (edited) An excellent documentary I found explaining the traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. Tibetan Buddhism is considered by many to be the most authentic form of Buddhism still in existence today. Included in this documentary is video footage of Yoga practices called Tummo and Trulkor- Edited January 13, 2013 by Immortal4life

Ish Posted June 29, 2012 Yeah, I want to get these Yoga practices, but I have no idea how or where you get them.  I dont know about Trul khor but theres some good books on Tummo  "The practice of the six yogas of naropa" "The bliss of inner fire"  Are 2 i've checked out, very informative, but still the Lamas highlight the importance of a Guru to guide you.
