How to allow others to post in one's PPJ

OK, returned to my PPJ after nearly two years and I think I somehow "locked" the whole subforum so that no one can post or reply except me. I'm sure I did it to myself intentionally but I don't remember how undo it.

 

Can anyone offer advice?

Either "thanks" or "that was weird."
