I have listened to some and ... (I'll do the rest later) ... so far 2 things stood out to make me want to listen to the rest;

 

She has a wide viewpoint and realises there are many different 'types' or 'modes of operation'.

 

She is the first person I have heard address the process on a sociological or cultural level; that a culture may have an 'in built pattern or process' whereby 'demonic' forces may need to manifest (my interest in the subject matter from an anthropological perspective) ... I speculate further on that (based on what I have witnessed and studied ) but I will listen to the rest of the tape first to see if she goes further into it.

Yep, seems like it was quite a sour affair. I try to just read there books for what the depth they provide....anything else isn't minding my own cabbages.

I am currently reading "Magical Knowledge I" and I must say that Josephine McCarthy is the "real deal". She is very knowledgeable. To get a better feeling of how she is like and if her work suits you,I would recommend listening to these two radio interviews:

At 58:20

 of the second interview she starts talking about "the crossing of the abyss" while doing it a person died.

"That's not because we've done that, rather the energy of 30 people was there to take that person through their death vision quickly, and so it was a service"(I'm paraphrasing mind you).

 

Wow nice way to explain unexpected death...
