skydog Posted September 12, 2012 Without going into the details of what stillness movement is out of respect for the system... Something cool (although I guess while im writing this im still doing it so less excitement) I wanted to share is.. Ok today I had a nap...and im sure I was doing stillness movement while asleep because my body is so ridiculously relaxed.. Also started revising and although Ive tended to hate academic study as it ruins my bliss, puts me in the head..in a beta state, Im able to maintain the stillness movement during revision which no longer makes revision a chore but a cool challenge...
raimonio Posted September 15, 2012 (edited) I've also noticed that I could do the movements basicly anywhere. Like on lectures I sometimes accidentally start to tremble a bit and then I need to cool it down. Today I was driving car and tested if the movements would come and they did. Its like I got an instant access to them wherever I am and no matter what I'm doing. Its also funny that you can have them while concentrating on other things at the same time aswell. Would be funny to do S-M all day long, ofcourse it propably isnt as effective as in meditation Edited September 15, 2012 by raimonio
