Meditation issues

Do you excersise at all? If you kicked up cardio 3 times a week or Crossfit you'd have more energy in general. Even long walks, I used to live in Nevada, and walked hours out into town and back home, as long as you have water with you, and know where to find shade it's one amazing workout, lol.

If I had to guess, you're tired and meditation just reveals that to you. Sometimes what we need is regular, good sleep.

I just sit and try to clear my mind, nothing big. Once a week. Unfortunatley I have homework and studying to do, so I'll exercise during the holiday and exams
