Mokona Posted September 14, 2012 Do you excersise at all? If you kicked up cardio 3 times a week or Crossfit you'd have more energy in general. Even long walks, I used to live in Nevada, and walked hours out into town and back home, as long as you have water with you, and know where to find shade it's one amazing workout, lol.
