skydog Posted September 22, 2012 I swear you can communicate with trees. Also you can feel their energy. The forest is also home to plants which are also equally great When your in a forest you feel right at home and you can feel your connection to nature and oneness, it almost acts like a psychadelic. You breathe fresh clean oxygenated air, you can hear the music of the forest which is birds singing or wind or water flowing which is more authentic than a relaxation cd but both are good I guess. Walking barefoot is something to consider as well have been reading about that and just generally feels good as does lying front first (only done this in a garden so far though) Sungazing is an interesting practice too have been doing that. Doing Qigong after sunrise works great. http://aoda.org/Arti...ee_Qi_Gong.html http://www.mindbodyg...ot-Outside.html http://www.in5d.com/sun-gazing.html http://news.softpedi...alk-45806.shtml

zerostao Posted September 22, 2012 walking barefoot even just a couple of minutes a day rids you of the EMF's you acquire in our post modern world. even the rocks will exchange energy but it is at a much different level than with trees. it is cool to talk with trees and other plants, rocks, rivers, waterfalls, mountains and deserts as gerard says. much can be learned , i have been told it is good to talk to trees and rocks as long as they are telling the truth. i always trust them tho. yes after sunrise and before noon.sun at your back. it is cool if you will share some experiences of this sorta thing. GrandmasterP Posted September 22, 2012 Yep, tree Qi is super. Scotch Pine for choice here. Spring and early summer it's Yang-y. Balanced through high summer and now it's moving to Yin-y. [We are in the Northern hemisphere] Excellent place for a Gathering-Qi top up is under tree cultivation. Your trees still talking to you Sinan?

z00se Posted September 23, 2012 Yeah man i hear trees too. I was talking to my grandma who is very spiritual and is a big churchy, but she never talked to trees. I said if you just tried you could speak to them. If you don't try, how do you know it's not possible. I find there are all different types, nice trees who want to talk, and others who are quiet, shy, want to keep to themselves, or even angry! It's like i can get a whole big idea about them by just tuning into them. I haven't spent alot of time with it though, what are you're experiences with trees? skydog Posted September 23, 2012 Interesting responses...desert never thought of that..guessing beaches are pretty good too. Zerostao interesting..yeh the responses arent like 100% positive or anything..but when you trust you trust I guess. Grandmaster P interesting will try to check out what tree that is..hmm with this my skeptical mind (which I have been told to ignore) jumps in says how do you know its not you making up these thoughts coming into your head...Truth is I dont 100% I have only done this for a few days and maybe the "proof" 100% will seem more although this is somewhat of a lack of faith that I choose not to have. Can definately feel different vibes from each tree. Interesting post Gerard.. And yeah Zoose my experiences are basically in my journal/down the page with thread marked ..
