Wells Posted October 3, 2012 Hey guys and gals, what would "being in heaven" mean for you as a Taoist? For me, it would mean training with the God of Wushu and the Drunken God in their Realm of Immortals forever to increase the frequency of my chi more and more until it matches the frequenzy of Tao! ...btw, I would take my best friends and my cat with me if possible!
Protector Posted October 3, 2012 Don't let your wife find out that you're just going crazy at some rocks instead of making wine or else she will go save your son herself, it only creates more drama
Fū Yue Posted October 3, 2012 Don't let your wife find out that you're just going crazy at some rocks instead of making wine or else she will go save your son herself, it only creates more drama That's not funny, my wife died that way and I became a wandering bum inadvertently skilled with drunken fist in the process
Protector Posted October 3, 2012 That sucks, but don't go too much out of it or you will wake up one day fighting some foreigners in an arena or something
GrandmasterP Posted October 3, 2012 Right now? Heaven would be a nice cuppa green tea....... Ahhhh....... just poured one. Bliss. :-) PS That clip is crude. Is it from some game?

Marblehead Posted October 5, 2012 Heaven and Hell are not after life Heaven and Hell are within life. It’s in movement we create joy It’s in despair we cement walls. Copied from personaltao.com
Marblehead Posted October 5, 2012 That clip is crude. Is it from some game? That was from the movie "True Legend". Michelle Yeoh was in it.
GrandmasterP Posted October 6, 2012 I'll not be ordering that movie from Amazon anytime soon then. If David Carradine aint in it then I tend not to watch it. I've always preferred comedies and ol David's tongue was always firmly in his cheek plus they used top MA practitioners for stuntmen and few of the technical tricks seen today with blue screens and wires etc.. On topic was going to post yesterday that Heaven is a day off work plus gardening. But it rained all day so no gardening got done. Caught up a bit this morning doing Pelargonium cuttings plus autumn tidying out bedding plants. Lots left to do as always. :-)

GrandmasterP Posted October 7, 2012 Sorry to hear about Mrs FueYue. One thing positive though....Drunken Master players seldom get hurt. If I was a betting man I'd put my money on the Drunken Fist player in any mixed bout. PS old joke. Two Buddhists talking. One says. Who do you think would win in a fight, Dalai Lama or Panchen Lama. Other guy replies.... Well my money would be on the Panchen Lama. But I am not a Ti Bettin' man.
