No, not that one~ haha!!

 

Unborn, how could there be an inside?

Completely unified obviates distance,

so what could possibly constitute outside?

 

DRAGONS DON'T ENTER.

 

This is the gateless gate.

Mind itself is the dragon.

Only mind is itself nothing distinguishing

the open secret blazing in your skull.

Beholding mind is complete unification,

therefore dragons whether still or moving

having complete freedom

Arrive wherever they are.

 

So for a dragon, there is only seeing through appearances:

Since a dragon is free, it leaves changes altogether

and lives unconfined by creative evolution.

 

But if you are not a dragon

Enter the Dragon means your life is in the balance:

It is you who enter the lair of life and death

At every turn.

 

If by entry one only inspires

a complacency to die there

how is this different than

being born of one's parent's—

how high those bones are piled to the skies!

 

Enter the Dragon means just that;

You enter the Dragon.

 

Unless you kindle the will

to penetrate the dragon

and leave its bleached bones

to ransom the remnants of action

of all time— of all creation…

 

You cannot be said to have

penetrated your own marrow.

You and the universe is the same function as the Dragon. If this is realized, though there be changes, one is not carried along with creation.

 

What is compulsive in the human mind is following partial reflections (partial to, and in terms of, habitual self-reflecting karmic patterns) creating illusion where there is nothing ever having begun in the Dragon.

 

Yes, it moves. When you still mind on the breath, you see movement and witness the alternations, but mind has no movement itself. Though there be endless cycles, one does not experience change. At a certain point, the breath stops and one's own mind enters the Dragon. Then one witnesses a complete cycle in the Unborn; the movement is inconceivability itself, but there is a corollary recurrence in nonpsychological responses to ordinary events.

 

I couched the statement above in terms depicting a formal meditation event but the description of the resultant interruption of normal breathing is analogous to interrupting the conditioned alternating flow of habitual consciousness wherein one "drops off" and sees one's original face and experiences original pristine mind. When one's Dharma eye is opened, one's inherent potential is released and enters the Unborn. Allowing for a maturation period, one eventually enters the tao in reality according to everyday ordinary situations without differentiating between absolute and mundane.

 

Seeing through appearances without denying characteristics and adapting selflessly to conditions as they are is resolving differences in the Unborn as they occur by virtue of manifest potential reverting to essence by the power of your developing Dharma eye. This is because when you witness the change of the Changeless, karmic cycles of created change do not have power over you. Why? Because you know the Unborn, wherein movement and stillness are undifferentiated.

 

In terms of alchemy, one's Dharma eye sees potential, which is originally essence: this is the Self. That's what it does. One's eyes see appearances, which is sense: this is other. One uses essence (potential) to seek feeling (sense). The Dragon's special designation is will, earth, the center, the true intent; which is living awareness itself where there is only complete unity without location, so potential and appearances are naturally, factually and spontaneously resolved in immediate acquiescence by the Virtue of Receptivity. It is up to oneself at all times, because response is a personal affair determined by the karmic forces inherent in any given situation wherein one is wonderfully innocent, open and audacious.

 

I love what taoists call it …operate the Yin Convergence, take over creation and steal potential; sealing it away in darkness.

 

All it really means is not speculating in potential (inherent in appearances) while following desires. This is how one avoids stepping over the line. When the harsh, killing yin energy arises naturally in each alternating created cycle of conditioned evolution, one withdraws without entertaining intellectualism. That's all there is to alchemy: karmic espionage~ trés savage!!

 

By being a selfless interloper of karmic evolution without going along with its creations, one unifies the appearance and potential of inherent complete reality: with one yin and one yang, you re-enact the changeless change within oneself over and over and over in ordinary situations unbeknownst to anyone.❤

It is not that the breathing actually stops;

it became so fine and the awareness becomes free.

there is no more discerning or differentiating.

What the Dharma eye sees is identical to the Dragon's seeing.

One's own Dharma eye is itself enlightening function seeing through appearances. There is no other dragon.

 

Yet the potential never manifests and unfolds.

 

The great Yin meets with the great Yan.

the center is here.

The true intent is to 'return', yet it returns nowhere other than here.

The unity is complete, the nature is perfect!

The essence is pure, its function complete.

Although potential is not manifesting, because enlightening activity is just working with potential in terms of situations themselves, there is unfolding. The Real (potential) is trapped in terms of the manifest. Dragons reverse this, freeing it.

 

The working of Dragons is in seeing potential as the heart of ordinary situations and matching oneself to this potential without going along with the karmic momentum of appearances. Random appearances mirror the situation of conditional self and other; a dragon essentially sees nothing because dragons know nonbeing as such.

 

I would say "Dragon" is seeing as such; not that there is existential or nonexistential "dragon", only function.
