eye_of_the_storm Posted November 23, 2012 (edited) Welcome to the Forum  Insomnia  Sometimes I find sleeping on the ground/ hard floor works + stay away from electrical appliances  Also trying to stay away from artificial light / computers etc at night...or read a book for an hour or so before bed to ease the mind + eyes.  Also clean diet - no processed foods, animal products , sugars and other stimulants  a couple of liters of pure distilled water per day  Sunlight and exercise  Peace Edited November 23, 2012 by White Wolf Running On Air Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
