I'm interested in things like meditation and Chi Kung, but I'm especially interested in anything which can help with insomnia/sleep disturbance.

Insomnia

 

Sometimes I find sleeping on the ground/ hard floor works + stay away from electrical appliances

 

Also trying to stay away from artificial light / computers etc at night...or read a book for an hour or so before bed to ease the mind + eyes.

 

Also clean diet - no processed foods, animal products , sugars and other stimulants

 

a couple of liters of pure distilled water per day

 

Sunlight and exercise
