thelerner Posted November 16, 2012 There are free meditation courses on the internet. They come around regularly and work by sending you an email each day for you to listen to and follow. A friend convinced me to join him doing a 21 day Deepak Chopra course which I find a bit light and new agey, but I notice Spring Forest Chi Gong is also doing one. Both are in mid session now, but will probably relaunch later.  Spring Forest is sponsored by Learning Strategies: http://www.2012springforesthealingfestevent.com  Deepak Chopra: https://www.chopracentermeditation.com/Bestsellers/LandingPage.aspx?BookId=172  Undoubtedly there are others. These are closer to beginners level and have a bit of a commercial feel to them, but for the price, why not.  If you know when others are going to start, let people know the email address and when. GrandmasterP Posted November 16, 2012 (edited) All no doubt worth every penny that you pay for them and each with a follow on programme at most reasonable, if somewhat repetitive; rates. There's no such thing in life as a 'free lunch' bro. Edited November 16, 2012 by GrandmasterP
GrandmasterP Posted November 16, 2012 It's no criticism , we do 'first lesson free'. After that, if they sign up; they pay.
