Do you use the SUBFORUMS?

There has been a lot of talk about more new subforums for things like the Occult, Neigong....etc

 

I don't visit the subforums that often and generally just go to the General Discussion page. I was curious if i am alone in this respect? How many people here actually check in on the subforums on a regular basis?

A bit. I like the serious nature of the Buddhist subforum, and I've hit the Hermetic one a few times since its creation.

I use them as a visual filtering queue when browsing the New Posts query, and I use them when browsing on a topic.

I think that sub-forums are useful as an index/archive and I believe that they should be used for more "serious" discussion.

I just go via 'new content' every time I arrive here, so I see whatever is new, regardless of where it is placed. TBH I dont even notice what forum it is in.

Yes. I like the practice and serious stuff in those subforums too. General is cool but I think I've seen most of the discussions on there happen at least twice by now:-)
