Yo, wachado?

This is a thread where I ask everyone what system they are using to do stuff.

I think there once was a thread like this a long time ago but now I'm curious about this because it seems like some systems are a lot more popular then others and almost have monopoly while I have this obscure one that no one knows about.

So yeah, roll call, Dong Han here(or at least most of it)

I guess I don't really have a system...

I use Master Lam's "The Way of Energy" book for my zhan zhuang and 8 strands brocade. I get most of my spiritual enlightenment ideas from Ram Dass' "Be Here Now".

I'm finally getting through to the practice part of Dr. Yang's "Embryonic Breathing" Qigong book.

hmmmmmmm I had a small impression that stillness movement was kinda popular, but I guess no one is doing it but buys it anyway

A little bit of everything; a whole lot of nothing - mainly just being, and being aware of the experience.

I would have guessed Horse stance + Pony cartoons. What's Dong Han?

My system is mostly higher education right now, unfortunately. I get a few stretches and moments of breath awareness in.

I practice the Stillness and the Movement. I've found it to be pretty spectacular, and I've only been at it 9 months.

I also practice Yang Style Tai Chi, Xing Yi, and the associated neigong standing meditation postures.

And ashtanga yoga, if you're interested in that sort of thing.

And blues guitar, although I haven't been practicing that much lately.

I empathise fully.

Higher Education does tend to eat into one's cultivation time.

I've been at it these 35 years past and never yet acquired the taste..

Baguazhang and some chi kung. Also Zhan Zhuang.

I dabble in the hsing yi, as I like to apply the elements in the baguazhang.

Ting Sha Bell Meditation is important as well.

...and a couple of Kundalini practices.
