GrandmasterP Posted December 17, 2012 (edited) Yep, it was to agree with Cat was that post... Archangels R & M work together to lead the sephirot Tiphareth which I believe in Dion's panoply signifies beauty and harmony. GrandmasterP Posted December 17, 2012 (edited) Isn't Dion writing somewhat later than AC? There may be a link however via Frieda Harries and/or the Glastonbury group. Phil Rickman has yards of this stuff in his Glasto novels all seemingly very well researched. I give up now, headache; plus tutorials yet to do. 三江源 Posted December 17, 2012 what is beyond the tree is the place for the mysterious 'source' ?? in my limited understanding at this stage.. the tree contains/is the mind of God as in relationship with Creation, and so is the mysterious source made manifest. Kether being the concentrated single point ... 'the one' no? from Mathers: The seed-sentence to contemplate is : "Kether is the Malkuth of the Unmanifest
Apech Posted December 17, 2012 When I was looking at your question Apech, I thought to look at Jane English's translation because it was one of the first translations I ever read and I remembered the passage from there. Looking at Crowley's translation, it appears that his thinking was fairly consistent with what I was thinking. 1. The Tao formulated the One.((Kether or the First Aethyr.)) The One exhaled the Two.((Chokmah-Binah or Yin and Yang.)) The Two were parents of the Three.((The second Triad.)) The Three were parents of all things.((The third Triad and Malkuth.)) All things pass from Obscurity to Manifestation, inspired harmoniously by the Breath of the Void.((The Tao.)) Lovely yes.
Bubbles Posted December 17, 2012 (edited) Hi K, talking about the Middle Heaven Bagua, you wrote: I didn't know about that one either. What's useless about it? From what I understood, this arrangement (actually there are two versions of it) is not really rooted in Hetu nor Luoshu. So it can't deliver anything meaningful in any practice.
