Tongue on roof of mouth throughout day

This started happening after doing GOT and Stillness Movement (from book) for a couple weeks now... Im just curious, is this normal? And what does it mean? It seems like my tongue is going to get tired haha

In 8 strands it's behind top teeth gently breathe in through nose then down behind bottom teeth gently and breathe out through mouth.
