A healthy body requires more energy; how do we expect to have a better health without cultivating energy....??? that's only assuming all qigong systems are equal. different approaches for different capacities so think of completely watered down "pop tai chi" vs learning from an old school lineage holder that has been developing the internal aspect for generations...gruel vs your gram's best homecooked meal - both will keep you alive but one will nourish you far more deeply!
