zerostao Posted January 28, 2013 http://thetaobums.com/topic/19803-what-is-light/ i remember the thread and at that time and even now i dont see the direct connection made between anything said on that thread about undivided light being a proof that god doesnt exist. another thing comes to mind, i was looking at a frozen river this week and on the surface it certainly looked like there was no movement, yet just beneath the surface, water was flowing. i agree with you about the limitations of the senses. do you reckon that your view of light, where you say it doesnt move at all, may be like the frozen river, where looking at the surface there is no apparent movement and just below the surface light is moving.and even if we suppose that light dioesnt move, how do we get to the idea that god could create a moving light but not an unmoving light? Vanir Thunder Dojo Tan Posted February 5, 2013 don't consider light coming to you, but you moving to it; the universe is in motion and light only occurs in relation to the energy level of our perceived "output"..
