wildebeestdingo Posted January 30, 2013 Hello internet! I decided to sign up here because I'm doing the Golden Sheild practice from the Jingui Qi Gong tradition. The lineage holder lives here in Austin. I'm 23 and started the practice in September. It's changed my life quite a bit. I just had no idea my life was so boring until I started gathering the energy into lower tantien. Now every part of my life is better and I'm in excellent shape. I strongly reccomend my tradition, in case any of you are on the fence for joinging a group.
