Now I'm getting older I am starting to feel the effects of time, I need to re-ignite my enthusiasm for the good of my health My main interests are Dao Yin and meditation. Basher Posted March 28, 2013 Hi Wattanut, believe I know two of your relations....offisnut & hezanut. I too had a long break in my training. Currently studying (Li) T'ai Chi Ch'uan, K'ai Men (Chinese Yoga) & like you, Dao Yin. I can only speak for myself, but even after a few months I started feeling a lot of health benefits.
