三江源 Posted April 10, 2013 ayuhasca took hancock to the world beyond death , to the hall of osiris where our souls are weighed in the balance in the presence of the gods against the feather of truth and justice and cosmic harmony. a feather is very very light
voidisyinyang Posted April 10, 2013 Hancock explains about his talk being banned by TED. Drew Hempel 3 weeks ago This has been flagged as spam show • Not Spam haha -- everyone censors - big deal! Realitysandwich censored all of my posts - - not just banned me but went back and deleted all my previous posts. haha. That's Daniel Pinchbeck's ayahuasca promo website. Yeah all I am doing is pointing out Graham doesn't know much about the original human culture which he hypothesizes about using mushrooms or some psychedelics to create humans -- Graham relies on cave art but the best cave art book on the original humans only focuses on trance dancing celibacy training - something the psychedelic community rarely talks about! haha. So Graham is misrepresenting the original human culture - they used the Gwa psychedelic which has not even been tested by science and the Gwa is mainly used by the females and mainly only once and only before puberty. So as Richard Katz says - the "Gwa is neither sufficient nor necessary" to learn to !Kia or trance heal people - the focus of the original human culture. The cave art depicts astral travel and astral ropes - so "Ropes to God" is the book on the cave art but Graham relies on Lewis-William's book which is a Western overview of cave art that does not really understand Bushmen culture. So for someone being so famous for talking about psychedelics and cave art -- Graham has got it all wrong - all the evidence instead is focused on trance dancing celibacy fasting training - something Graham knows nothing about apparently as he confesses to being too stoned all the time. haha. Jetsun Posted April 10, 2013 I think it is a bit of an assumption to assume that is was sacred plants which caused a leap in human consciousness, I don't see much evidence for this. I think Hancock makes some good points about healing drug addiction and other potential of sacred plants for healing, but he glorifies it all a bit. Having done a lot of deep investigation in this area myself as well as going to the Amazon to drink Ayahuasca I didn't find much evidence the Shamen and regular drinkers are particularly more spiritually evolved, the more you dig into the dirty underbelly the more you see that most of them are motivated by money, power and sex like everyone else.
voidisyinyang Posted April 10, 2013 Yeah I just reviewed Dennis Mckenna's new book -- he lives in my home town of 670 people! http://fulllotusqigong.blogspot.com/2013/04/i-saw-dennis-mckenna-this-am-and-then-i.html Rupert is promoting the New Age white guru fakes -- David Wilcock and Greg Braden. haha. Greg seems o.k. but the New Age scene is a bit too hookey -- I mean you gotta be careful. Anyway I go more into the Bushmen stuff on that McKenna review. voidisyinyang Posted April 21, 2013 http://www.huffingtonpost.com/deepak-chopra/reply-to-chris-anderson-t_b_3119890.html?utm_hp_ref=tw So the internal TEDx warning is to look out for "goofballs." Who says you can't be a goofball and a "good" scientist at the same time? Wasn't Einstein a goofball? haha. Nerds rule the world -- right? Nerds are also goofballs.... Goofballs - Legal Dictionary - The Free Dictionarylegal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Goofballs Until then, he must rub elbows with a group of nerds and goofballs - and put up with a shrew of a boss (Wendie Malick of "Dream On"). voidisyinyang Posted April 22, 2013 My friend just got back from Chunyi Lin's global Spring Forest qigong conference "lotus" meditation healing. Qigong master Jim nance said there were boddhisattva spirits in the room and spirits of masters and the room was just overwhelmed with powerful strong lotus smell like it had been piped in.haha. Chunyi had mentioned the lotus smell before and I noticed it maybe once but my friend said it was way strong and he was just weeping and everyone was weeping and their hearts were all cracked open and his heart energy just kept opening up more and more. He sounded transformed and I even got some heart healing energy from his phone call! haha.
