joeblast Posted April 12, 2013 If you're heavy into reading stuff like taoist yoga and wang mu's foundations of internal alchemy, this translation may prove to have some useful info. I found it rather esoteric, so unless you're really studying to know (and experience) the internal alchemy process like the back of your hand, you might find some more fruitful books to pursue.
