My money is on realizing that if the government can shapeshift, then we have some power we are all born with to fight against them. who wants to be a victim? Then acknowledge your fears as binding or dominating. acknowledge your obstacles as their being such. but by all means do not acknowledge your sovereign reign upon and within the domain of your own being.
