Yes, he has a healthy approach to a wide variety of things. He reads and practices a lot and incorporates many of his learnings into his own exercises. He is authentic because he works first and foremost for himself and then basicly shares nothing but his own transformation.

I left a comment on one of his videos a few months ago that I immediatelly felt and then by watching the video got the confirmation, that he actually has figured out how to incorporate spirituality into western body-building.

I witnessed his transformation in nutrition alongside mine, last year. Beautiful parallels without my intention to actually learn from him, but seeing him doing the same things... instant high-five.

Well put, 4bsolute,

I also enjoy the way he presents his material: He's got a very straightforward, honest, no B.S way of doing things that's helped/helping me get motivated to get a lot of stuff done, but at the same time stresses the importance of being balanced and taking time to relax. I'm not too into the body-building side (I do lift weights but it's not my main focus), but his breathing techniques and so on do work quite well.

Thanks.

At that time I worked also on how to balance my masculine side - I remember it was also breathing and most importantly to re-learn how to let out steam. By yelling and being loud. Which I then did a couple of times in our basement. Was a fun experience :) Even tho I completely dropped those aspects now, it helped me back there.

Yeah, truely an inspiration and a great start into basic holism.
