thelerner Posted May 29, 2013 Sorry man, I've heard contradictory advice. When you're not focusing on it, It just comes to you. I'm so confused and frustrated with LOA at this point that I'm not sure if I care anymore. It's too confusing. End the confusion and become a scientist. A 'my life' scientist. Pick a paradigm, write out a hypothesis, set up the life experiment, journal the results, be faithful, be honest, give it enough time, find out how it works. Hell, your young, a 6 month experiment is nothing and may be the best way to really know. Cause its not so much 'truth' we're after, its what works for the me, the individual. You cut through the chaos by putting yourself on a path. It's confusing because there's so many of them. Which one is right? Don't know, can't know, its an individual thing but once you start faithfully walking on a path, like a scientist, seeker, or adventurer, you won't be so confused cause you got a plan. yondaime109 Posted June 1, 2013 the is though, Back when I did the deer exercise I found that it calmed down my sexual energy. I'm not talking about the version were you wack off but the one were you rub your tan tien and cup your testicles, Activate the energy and then pump it using your anus muscles. Immediately after the exercise I found that it'd take a lot for me to get an erection.

I'm not talking about the version were you wack off but the one were you rub your tan tien and cup your testicles, Activate the energy and then pump it using your anus muscles. Immediately after the exercise I found that it'd take a lot for me to get an erection. YOu only want an erection when you're not thinking about sex -- and so otherwise you need the left side vagus nerve to then bring the energy down to your heart and this only happens by mind emptiness - that's how the chi energy is created by purifying the energy. So the goal is not to get an erection. The goal is mind emptiness as the source of reality. It's a paradox -- the more you go into the Emptiness then the more powers you have. So if you want powers then you have to go into the Emptiness. First you need sublimation up to your brain via the cerebrospinal fluid. I rely on full lotus to do that. Can you sit in full lotus yet? Then your energy channels are not open enough yet. So more mind emptiness -- more meditation - active exercises, etc. until enough chi builds up to make your body more limber. The secret is the small of the back needs to open up - that's what full lotus does. That's how to sublimate your energy - you need to open up the small of the back - the lower back point. You misunderstood me, I did that version of the deer exercise to transfer my sexual energy and calm it down which is why it was hard for me to get an erection. Yeah, I also found that when I focused on the exercise rather than sex itself, I somehow got an erection. Today I practiced the horse stance, reverse breathing, an yin and yang exercises you advised. I excluded meditation because it's too boring. But, I felt a coolness in my stomach afterwards. What happened?

The feelings or sensations are always changing - if you feel coolness that probably means you got energy coming down the front channel -- the yin energy. You just keep practicing and then the heat in the lower tan tien will return. I would try doing two hours a day. Then to end it do the breathing of the universe exercise to see if you can start feeling electromagnetic sensation between your hands. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXwIRRTv7z4
yondaime109 Posted June 1, 2013 I'm also reading the chi kung bible, Should I do the daily routine it recommends or should I even bother with the exercises you recommended me?

I really have no idea which exercises I should be doing. All I know these are is my goals: 1.Gain the ability to have as many orgasms as I want without ejaculating 2.Learn to transmute this energy and channel it into achieving my other goals (think and grow rich) 3.Subdue the intense sexual desire any time I want. yondaime109 Posted June 1, 2013 I definitely have enough time to do all the exercises, But still is it worth it? Will I have to these exercises everyday for the rest of my life or will be able to maintain them through microcosmic orbit meditation?

That is weird. Sometimes I feel energy GO UP to my heart. Hrmmm. I practice the deer all the time. It's fun. I honestly only have orgasmic sensations when I feel my energy has circulated enough around my aura. Some times I get orgasms from taking the sacrament at church. That is fun as well. Will I have to these exercises everyday for the rest of my life or will be able to maintain them through microcosmic orbit meditation? Since you're young then NOW is the time!! It is a zillion times easier for you to build up chi energy than someone older. So you can do the work now with much less effort than someone older. As the chi builds up from standing active exercise then you can switch more to MCO. I would definitely do MCO now also if you can - just do more standing active exercise. So maybe do 1/2 hr of MCO or an hour. Like do two sets of two hour meditation. That's how I started out. So if you don't like meditation - then do 1 1/2 hr of standing active and then 1/2 hr of MCO. So again test by making the "chi ball" doing breathing of the universe exercise. As your electromagnetic energy builds up then work on getting into full lotus. 20 minutes of full lotus MCO equals four hours of any other type of "meditation." That's what qigong master chunyi Lin said and he did the Shaolin horse stance with thighs flat and arms outstretched - no moving - for 2 hrs nonstop every day for three months -- and that's how his third eye was fully opened. So then time is not the SAME - you have precognitive visions and you can also travel into the past to change other people's past energy!! So you experience time differently -- you ask about time - I'm just saying - that time is not what we think it is. haha. I'm going to meditate now.

yondaime109 Posted June 1, 2013 I've been reading the Chi-kung bible and I can't seem to find anything on how to actually do the exercises. He just describes them.
Everything Posted June 1, 2013 (edited) You don't have to look for a purpose you know? Unless you want to, in which case it doesn't matter if you don't find it, because you wanted to look for a purpose... Not find one! voidisyinyang Posted June 1, 2013 I've been reading the Chi-kung bible and I can't seem to find anything on how to actually do the exercises. He just describes them. he shows them on youtube. Basically he stands there and then clenches his sphincter and PC muscle and compresses his dantien -- he does that while inhaling. That's his main schtick to "pack" the energy into the lower tan tien.
dogson Posted June 1, 2013 Yondaime, you continue to stir the pot, I love it. More LOA stuff - reading is immensely powerful because reading is sustained thinking on a given subject. In other words it's Think And Grow Rich all over again - just reading the chi kung bible is doing it. You are attracting more like thoughts about chi kung, which will lead you to find more practices, to think about it - your subconscious mind is recording all of this. I think most would agree choosing one practice and practicing the hell out of it is a good way to spend your time. It almost doesn't matter what it is. Tony Robbins just incanted "God's wealth flows to me in AVALANCHES of abundance!" for 45 minutes at a time, he would incant this stuff intensely in his car while driving to seminars, and that was how he manifested and programmed himself. I really like standing postures. You have to go inside yourself. If you say "it's boring" you're just not paying attention...pretend that you're more badass than you actually are, or pretend you're more patient than you are. Focus on the smallest nuance you can notice in your body. That's how you actually get superpowers - what seems magical or supernatural to most is actually just a much higher degree of sensitivity. And you need that to do anything, especially when you talk about sexual kung fu - feeling into a partner, feeling their energy, directing energy through channels - this is all a manifestation of increasingly finer and finer details you begin to notice when your attention span grows.

yondaime109 Posted June 5, 2013 Also, I've been practicing reverse breathing and the deer exercise (breathing deeply and contracting my perineum) all day. When I breath out i'm sucking my navel almost all the way to my spine. My tan tien seems to be feeling very cool. I've also been doing the horse stance a lot and. I have a few questions: Can I practice hindu squats rather than horse stance? Hindu have be said to activate the root chakra and generate prana (chi). What'll start to happen if I stick to reverse breathing, Deer exercise, and horse stance? Also, I haven't been practicing mind celibacy so why is it that I'm feeling this cool energy which is supposedly chi? I've been looking at pornographic images to produce jing, I haven't masturbated at all though. What should I do with the jing?
