Which rotation direction is correct? RE: Energetic Preparations for Healing Light Meditations (M.Chia)

Dear Ones,

 

I am confused.

 

When we massage clockwise, when we rotate clockwise, the 9 is the liver. Correct? Basic.

 

Now in Awakening Healing Light of the Tao I am to prepare a meditation with a visualization in which you draw a spiral, clockwise with your minds-eye, from your 3rd Eye Point. It is written And a picture is shown stating the complete opposite. How can this be possible? First I thought the picture was maybe mirrored but the text is wrong translated aswell? This can not be possible, since this is a book for professional application.

 

The text says:

 

"Spiraling power with eyes open. Spiraling clockwise form the center has the power to condense the Chi at the center. 1. Open the eyes, and without moving the head, look up the crown of the head, then to the right, then straight down, and then left. [...]"

 

Now, what is right, what is wrong?

 

I have asked family members, I have asked in Q&A-communities, all say the 9 is where the liver is. So basicly "you" are the clock, you are not looking "at" the clock.

Okay I have figured it out by myself. I do not delete this topic since someone could find it useful aswell.

 

Logic...

 

When we use a (counter-)clockwise mechanic on Ourselves, then we act like we Are the clock. So the middle points Away from us. So the 9 is on the right, liver-region.

 

WHen we use a (counter-)clockwise mechanic Infront of us, then we act like we Look at the clock. So the middle obviously points towards us, like with any clock out there. The 9 is on the left.

 

A matter of perspective, that's it.
