does anyone know of a good dvd

I have been using Ian Foxs, Tai Chi made easy and have found it incredibly helpful and def noticesome benefits but am wondering about what else is available:

 

have been reading one of Wayson Liao book regarding Tai Chi but when I looked into his dvds, they are priced on average at $200- $600, dollars which I find a bit absurd, despite hearing he is one of the daddies for technique, breathing and teaching how to truly cultivate energy

 

do any of you retain or avoid sex where ejac is involved

 

I find it a little depressing sometimes that with age, I actually feel better without ejaculating

 

read about the TCM view on this and it makes distrubing sense

Unless you are a Lighthouse Keeper or Hermit you would be far better to attend a class rather than learning from a DVD.

actually dude, I think Ihave already allued to this elsewhere

 

because of the irregular nature of my work hours which change every day and every week, attending a regular class at a specific time every week is impossible at the moment
