HoldorFold Posted June 22, 2013 I've recently purchased Damo Mitchell's "Daoist Neigong: The Philosohpical Art of Change" book, and have started doing the Ji Ben Qigong 8 excersises he presents:• Compressing the Pearl • Flying Hands • Opening the Chest • Upholding the Moon • Swimming Dragon• Diagonal Flying • Cow Turns its Head • The Heavenly Bow The illustrations for these excersises are a bit hard to follow, namely the parts where you would flow from one stage of the excersise to the other, so I'm not really sure if I'm doing them correctly.Does anyone know where I can watch video demonstrations of those excersises? Many Thanks
ChiDragon Posted June 22, 2013 Ji Ben Qigong(基本氣功) , fundamental Qigong. It is not the accuracy of the movements. It doesn't matter how you do it. Just go through the movements slowly with breathing deeply.
