Hello everyone, new member here.

After some 4 years on the web, this is only the second site I have joined.

I was young when my father left. He began sending me books by Lobsang Rampa,

as well as other similar literature.

I recieved Wu Shu instruction at the age of 16, and today I feel grateful my

teacher emphasized proper stance above all else.

Then I was on my own. I have not recieved any further instruction by a knowledgeble

teacher. I am 43, and all my seeking has come from books, until I came across

the T´ai Chi videos by Master T. Dunn a few years back.

In my recent time investigating the web, I have learned valuable contents

from Mantak Chia.

Anything Dao is of great interest to me, as I now more than ever feel the need

to incorporate the Teachings in my daily affairs beyond practice time.

May I contribute a small passage,

-Two wolves live in the Heart, one is savage and full of rage,

the other is kind and understanding.

-And which one will win out, Grandfather?

-The one you feed.

Lacotan Lore.

Hi Footprint,

Welcome. May you enjoy your time here.

Yes, the wolves story. I heard it first as a Native American story.
