agharta Posted April 15, 2007 I have lived for months at a time with coconut as my main calorie source. It can whiten and strengthen the teeth, speeds up the metabolism, and is generally very healthful. I use 2-3 tablespoons a day, nearly every day. I've used it for over 3 years now.

Trunk Posted April 20, 2007 i use coconut milk and coconut oil only occaisionaly. Here in LA, I find bottles of coconut oil at Indian and middle eastern markets. It's very yummy, and I cook with it and occasionally have a spoonful. Also great for massages.
