Songtsan Posted July 12, 2013 I wonder if the degree of fluidity and instability in your mind, affects how much the memories are changed....Something to ponder. Peace. It sounds logical...what I like is when you get those sudden memories out of nowhere that you haven't thought of for years, especially the ones from childhood...they really remind one of the way one used to see the world. These often come out during meditation I have noticed..might even have something to do with clearing the meridian channels.
Marblehead Posted July 12, 2013 Memories: I watched a program a while back where the subjects were asked to remember certain things and then later after being manipulated through various kinds of suggestions, remembered things that were there and had forgotten things that were there. I think our memory spikes are much like the dreams we have while sleeping. They come and go at will most of the time.

Also, they may be somewhat associated with deja vu experiences...there seems be some similarities at least. Edited July 12, 2013 by Songtsan
