Marblehead Posted November 30, 2013 I want to do something; I want to go somewhere. But there is nothing that needs be done and there is no place I need to go. Wu Wei sucks sometimes.

Marblehead Posted November 30, 2013 That seems to be a mental conflict, thus not Wu Wei in the end I know. But I just wanted to see if there was anyone who understood what I was saying and how they would respond to it. You done good.

Marblehead Posted December 1, 2013 Why sucks? You have not done anything adversely! Well, actually, I did. A little later I went to Home Depot and bought two lithium battery powered tools that I really didn't need but just wanted to have. Now I am minus $235. But then, it's only money. Hehehe. Isimsiz Biri Posted December 2, 2013 Four basic principles for mind and body unification by Koichi Tohei. http://www.northside...n/ki-principles Keep One Point: calm and focus the mind at the one point in the lower abdomen. Relax Completely: release all stress from the body. Keep Weight Underside: let the weight of every part of the body settle at its lowest point. Extend Ki: visualise limitless energy radiating from the one point. You apply one of them at a time. If you apply one of the principles, you will stay in Wei-Wu-Wei
