good day bums

Recommended Posts

it has been my distinct pleasure and honor to exchange whatever we did

my situtation is this

the physical body is dying, past the point of intervention

to some of you i am a pretender, so be it

to some of you, maybe i know something, so be it

but i will tell you this

beyond the ones and zeros,

beyond the pixels and pics

you are real humans as am i

perhaps we shared this, perhaps not,

no matter

i still say that the first form is stillness

knowing oneself is only the beginning

the "practice" if you will, is saving humanity

this is not an idealistic statement, it is possible,

we (the ones who hear) are the ones to do it.

but how?

by non-doing

of course

peace

(and it is, more than you could imagine)

Paul: I offer you this. It may be impractical, redundant, or unwelcome, or simply too little too late, but I hope you may give it a try.

Sit reasonably upright in a comfy chair. Place your feet about four inches apart. Let your knees fall to the side, just let gravity take them. Pause a micro-second.

Then with as little effort as possible, bring your knees back together. Pause another instant. Then let gravity take them again.

Do nothing else, just feel the feeling of it. Keep going as much as you like. Four, ten, fifteen hours is not too much if you have the time.

This brings a degree of relief to some, remarkable healing to others. Perhaps you need neither, I know not.

Good luck, any which way. And thanks for all the reminders to enjoy pancakes.

Ian

Greetings everyone, this is Paul's son, Kevin. He wanted me to inform everyone that for about the last week he has been bedridden. His situation doesn't seem to be getting better and he is unable to post anymore on these forums. He also wanted me to tell everyone that you can still leave him messages and one of my brothers or I will be able to print them out for him to read.

He'll have us keep you updated on his condition as things change.

Kevin,

My thoughts are with you , your father, and family. I understand your place I think as my father passed from complications of liver disease.

Be at peace, love each other.

in your name,

i'd laugh if it didn't make me cry.

yet there is

still,

peace.

you are my eyes,

also.

be well.

Today September the Eleventh at 12:20 PM EST Paul Stephen Kren passed away. He was in his home, surrounded by all five of his sons and three very close friends with his favorite set of music playing in the background at the time. He died peacefully and, according to his wishes, the body has been taken for cremation. He will be missed greatly as I'm sure the members of this website will agree.

R.I.P.
