BaguaKicksAss Posted September 15, 2013 Neat article . The whole returning of periods thing is pretty nifty. I had it happen. (I had started menopause quite early). My friends don't like the idea of that possibility however LOL. Odd, the author doesn't mention her Neidan lineage or any of her teachers in her bio. I definitely wouldn't want to go to higher weights without a teacher guiding the process.
