fatherpaul Posted May 17, 2007 From child to man to child Hong Kong Harbor 1967 or 1968 cloudy cold and wet the wind put the flag to attention, the water blended into the grey sky a young sailor looked into the murky depths, an old man reflects. this windblown world so fragile like a spiderweb, so powerful, like the volcano, soft as a womens breast, hard as a diamond. what is there to learn? what is there to know? the ship pulls slowly away, the docks disappear in the grey fog. life is forever there is no reason why.
