It is delicious ,filling and satisfying, Here is recipe anyway , - fry lots of onions and garlic , add lots of ginger when onions yellow and after cumin seeds , cayenne if you like it hot and turmeric than add lfew chopped toms (fresh not canned for better taste ) when toms make liquid add cubed squash and a little water and cook on low heat when almost cooked add add some ground peanuts or peanut butter and water, stir well when stirred generously add some green leaves like spinach , season with corriander * can be cooked with beans or served with millet soups and stews are easiest to make and taste good and are filling -green soup--loads of broccoli , spinach , courgette , celery , green peas (dry ones are fine too ) if you want it more substantial, few carrots (optional) and potatoes ,onion, garilc for stock ,herbs like parsley -Medditerenian stews with all sorts of Med. veggies like courgettes ,peppers and aubergines and lemon , garlic and onion , bay leaves -- beans /or lentils (optional ), few potatoes , and some fennel herb or dill for seasoning Edited November 5, 2013 by suninmyeyes 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
