RongzomFan Posted November 6, 2013 Not at all. Which plane of existence does the Creator live in Buddhism?
Isimsiz Biri Posted November 6, 2013 (edited) Where does it say that in the Koran? Holy Quran Surat Al-'Isrā' (The Night Journey), 17th Sura, (17:15) Whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] his soul. And whoever errs only errs against it. And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And never would We punish until We sent a messenger. 128.000 Prophets have been sent to humanity by God Almighty between Prophet Adam and Prophet Muhammad. Isimsiz Biri Posted November 6, 2013 Which plane of existence does the Creator live in Buddhism? Within the hearts of real Buddhists. If you clear the rust and debris on your heart, you will also see it. Persevere, you can do it.

Isimsiz Biri Posted November 6, 2013 I don't see anything about Buddha in this Surah. It says "We never punish until We sent a messenger" There are many other Prophets not mentioned one by one in Holy Quran.
RongzomFan Posted November 6, 2013 It says "We never punish until We sent a messenger" Correct, and the Messenger was capitalized referring to Muhammed. I still don't see Buddha anywhere.

Isimsiz Biri Posted November 6, 2013 Correct, and the Messenger was capitalized referring to Muhammed. I still don't see Buddha anywhere. Not at all. It is referring to other Messengers not mentioned by name.
RongzomFan Posted November 6, 2013 Not at all. It is referring to other Messengers not mentioned by name. No it says Messenger singular, and it was capitalized.
Isimsiz Biri Posted November 6, 2013 No it says Messenger singular, and it was capitalized. Good, you are trying. Persevere, you can beat your personal Satan. There is the word "NEVER" It means plural.
RongzomFan Posted November 6, 2013 I dont see how any of this surah even remotely has to do with Shakyamuni Buddha, even in the wildest stretch of the imagination. And I dont consider the koran divine. This exercise is merely for your benefit.

RongzomFan Posted November 6, 2013 So the conclusion is that Buddha is not a prophet in Islam.
Isimsiz Biri Posted November 6, 2013 So the conclusion is that Buddha is not a prophet in Islam. On the contrary, Buddha is a Prophet of Allah. For your information, Confucius was also a Prophet of Allah.
RongzomFan Posted November 6, 2013 Where in the koran are they
Brian Posted November 6, 2013 Keep in mind that the Islamic position is that anything good is for Allah and anything bad is against Allah so, by definition, anything good is Islamic and anything bad is Satanic. Circular but hard to dispute... FWIW, I think the Holy Quran is most interesting when read in chronological order rather than from shortest to longest. Isimsiz Biri Posted November 6, 2013 Where in the koran are they We already discussed. There are 128.000 Prophets between Prophet Adam and Prophet Muhammad. Confucius is also one of them. "We never punish a nation until We send a Messenger" That means "We have sent Messenger to every nation." Everybody is responsible of his/her acts since there have been a Messenger for every nation between Prophet Adam and Prophet Muhammad.

RongzomFan Posted November 6, 2013 (edited) This is a Christian missionary link that keeps their crusade even today. Not a valid link. Sorry. Again, you served Satan. Ali Sina is an Atheist and former Muslim. So these links are indeed valid: http://wikiislam.net/wiki/List_of_Killings_Ordered_or_Supported_by_Muhammad http://wikiislam.net/wiki/The_Genocide_of_Banu_Qurayza Edited November 6, 2013 by RongzomFan
