Athanasios_ Posted November 1, 2013 Hi , I have been working on some practices in the past and was effected on a level by spiritual teachings. This happened privately through books and videos which I 'm not sure if it was such a good idea, after all problems and hard times arose . Generally in the long run they always end up being positive and highly transformative....they just look negative in the short term.
