Xienkula1 Posted November 23, 2013 (edited) Aloha and welcome. Many of you have been on a spiritual journey for quite some time, others of you are just beginning. Some of you are practising meta-physicians, seekers, teachers, some students, and some conscious reality engineers. There are some of you that are simply inquisitive. Though, each of you has experienced some type of quickening that has drawn you to here to drink from the inspirational wellspring that is Inner Alignment. Each one of you is an awesome being in your own right and that quality will only be enhanced through this training you are about to embark upon. There will be many levels and layers of awareness, and heightening of awakening you will experience through the process. Most certainly, many parts of you will surface that you may not have acceptance for or fully embrace. And these parts may choose to step up and act an unhealthy pattern out, rather than express the built up charge responsibly. Love and compassion brings up anything not matching its frequency for purposes of healing and recalibration. You will not learn to disown or banish any part of self as each experience from this life has been a stepping stone to where you are today. The more you fight and repress these parts, the more you say it is just the ego and try to kill them, the more they persist and with all the greater strength since energy flows where attention goes, the deeper a hole we dig for ourselves in that pattern. Through Inner Alignment training you understand how to integrate the light and the shadow sides. You learn to honour them both, breathe through them and put them in their right place as a stepping stone to your increased spiritual balance. In bringing these parts of yourself into alignment, breathing into them, opening space within them, you empower yourself with far greater facility over how you share energy with yourself and others, since that was then, and now these parts are no longer struggling for your survival. They know there is a right place within you and become willing to align with you and become allies and guardians of your path.At different periods you will access exalted states of unity, feel a sense of magnanimity as the infinite life force charges through you. This can actually present a greater challenge to your progress than facing your shadow. In that state of exalted connectedness it is easy to think you are it and become arrogant. You may feel you know everything and may no longer see yourself as an apprentice, you may loose your focus. That is all ok. Allow the vastness to fill you, honour it with your breath, recognize the vastness of space within you, trusting yourself to be humbled. By honouring the greatness, trust yourself to know, if you did not need this training, and these experiences, you would not have chosen them. For we make no mistakes when it comes to our soul development, we only choose exactly what we need to learn. The faster you honour these sides of yourself and accept their right place within you, the more quickly and easily you will receive the understandings you need. You will get from this training exactly what you put into it.A most important part of this training is honouring and respecting yourself and each other. A crucially important part of the training is respecting and honouring the medicine person that holds the wisdom, space and energy for this training to take place. There is an enormous distinction between medicine person and teacher. While a teacher, instructs, informs, assigns, tests, a medicine person sojourns, interprets between the seams and lines, divines, holds gateways open, sings and moves mana. Most in present day, North American culture have no clue how to honour a medicine person. since we are used to being spoon-fed and taught by teachers. In the Inner Alignment training, we dive deep within to get instructions. A real medicine person empowers your capacity to do this, for their vision penetrates the depth of your soul. During every part of the Inner Alignment and even afterwards, you are in training, whether it is meditating, doing ho'oponopono, aligning, dancing, breathing, sharing, resting or doing dishes. From this training you will understand that we are all awe-inspiring beings no better or worse than anyone. So we all contribute to and live as Lokahi oko Ohana, a harmonious family, while gathered together. In Inner Alignment we find a living harmony in the natural world, an outer alignment as it expresses in our lives, relationships and world. If you arrive with shame, blame, guilt, arrogance, pride, low self-esteem, or expectations, leave them rest behind. Know that you have done them well enough and long enough, honour your worth and let them go. Open your mind, expand your consciousness and your heart, and step forward in courage to experience your potential to be even greater than you already are. Be here in each of your cells fully present with love and ecstasy. And you will feel the mana coursing through every cell, through every strand of DNA like 100 000 electron volts, running through you like you never experienced it before. This world was created with Aloha, this planet was conceived in the greatest cosmic orgasm that ever was in the history of creation, and every life form was designed to thrive in ecstasy. We are here as a result of the afterglow of that orgasm, and to remember the breath that made it possible, feeding the glow alive. Enjoy. Aloha. Xienkula1 Posted November 24, 2013 BUMP: So any questions? If you are interested in learning this, we are teaching it in Montreal Dec 7th, see the events section. And if you are interested bringing it to you, you can organise a workshop. It would be awesome if it was possible to demonstrate this for you, it's actually a surprisingly simple but highly effective form.
Jetsun Posted November 24, 2013 Is this a Ho'oponopono Huna teaching?
Xienkula1 Posted November 25, 2013 (edited) Is this a Ho'oponopono Huna teaching? Good question. No, it is not. What it is, is a highly effective way of running energy through a specific pattern of points through your nervous system so that it stabilizes into greater balance, each time it is repeated. I know of nothing quite like it. My teacher remembered it from past life memories which were triggered after learning Alphabiotics with Dr. Virgil Crane. However, I feel this only enhances its effectiveness it's something that came from a deep place, rediscovered within, kind of like terma or rediscovered treasure teachings of tibetan buddhism. Having practised this for over a decade, Ive toned down the new age language and taken it back to it's original principles, to meridian points, to marmas, to heavenly yang and earthly yin chi and whole brain integration. What this always did even with the new age language, is take anyone who experienced it into a highly relaxed yet ecstatic state, much deeper than most types of relaxation response where the body is able to deeply regenerate. The cells feel as though they are singing. When yin and yang are integrated through linking these points together, it appears to reboot any tension anywhere in the body and after a few repetitions even dramatically alter body posture, correct scoliosis, increase creativity, problem solving and reasoning ability. So what it is, is gold, as a supportive healing practice...I teach people first how to do it to themselves, then how to do it on behalf of others. Xienkula1 Posted November 26, 2013 Although it can definitely be related to Ho'oponopono, it is all how you choose to see things. This is a method that releases what holds yin and yang apart and prevents their full mixing sharing. Love, ecstasy is the secret ingredient that brings them together and ignites them as one....This love and ecstasy is natural by product of right concentration.....
Xienkula1 Posted November 27, 2013 I am curious if anyone one here has ever tried Alphabiotics or had an Alphabiotic alignment? Here is a video about Having seen what they do, I can see there are definite similarities as to what I was taught, however marked differences. One of the tidbits I remember from my teacher is that she said the way they did the alignment shocked the body into it, so while you would get brief dramatic results, the wellbeing does not hold. Whereas with her remembered version, it went into the body and lasted longer. Now, Ive made it so you don't need someone to do it to you, you do it to you, and it's easy.
Xienkula1 Posted November 30, 2013 This is an awesome article detailing some of the physiology of the inner alignment process http://risinglifemedia.com/?p=1701
Xienkula1 Posted December 1, 2013 (edited) Oops. there is the original article. What I find awesome about the Alignment is that it is like a medical Qi gong. One that actually adjusts the spine and neck by itself. It feels very orgasmic. It is similar to shaking and other types of spontaneous practices. New Earth Physiology – Activating the Vagus Nerve Original article by Angela Savitri PetersenWHAT IS THE VAGUS NERVE?The 10th of the cranial nerves, it is often called the “Nerve of compassion” because when it’s active, it helps create the “warm-fuzzies” that we feel in our chest when we get a hug or are moved by something… The vagus nerve is a bundle of nerves that originates in the top of the spinal cord. It activates different organs throughout the body (such as the heart, lungs, liver and digestive organs). When active, it is likely to produce that feeling of warm expansion in the chest—for example, when we are moved by someone’s goodness or when we appreciate a beautiful piece of music. Neuroscientist Stephen W. Porges of the University of Illinois at Chicago long ago argued that the vagus nerve is [the nerve of compassion] (of course, it serves many other functions as well). Several reasons justify this claim. The vagus nerve is thought to stimulate certain muscles in the vocal chamber, enabling communication. It reduces heart rate. Very new science suggests that it may be closely connected to receptor networks for oxytocin, a neurotransmitter involved in trust and maternal bonding. Our research and that of other scientists suggest that activation of the vagus nerve is associated with feelings of caretaking and the ethical intuition that humans from different social groups (even adversarial ones) share a common humanity. People who have high vagus nerve activation in a resting state, we have found, are prone to feeling emotions that promote altruism—compassion, gratitude, love and happiness. Arizona State University psychologist Nancy Eisenberg has found that children with high-baseline vagus nerve activity are more cooperative and likely to give. This area of study is the beginning of a fascinating new argument about altruism: that a branch of our nervous system evolved to support such behavior. Peter Jurek, www.peterjurek.com STRESS & THE VAGUS NERVEYour body’s levels of stress hormones are regulated by the autonomic nervous system (ANS) [3]. The ANS has two components that balance each other, the sympathetic nervous system (SNS) and the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). The SNS turns up your nervous system. It helps us handle what we perceive to be emergencies and is in charge of the flight-or-fight response. The PNS turns down the nervous system and helps us to be calm. It promotes relaxation, rest, sleep, and drowsiness by slowing our heart rate, slowing our breathing, constricts the pupils of our eyes, increases the production of saliva in our mouth, and so forth. The vagus nerve is the nerve that comes from the brain and controls the parasympathetic nervous system, which controls your relaxation response. And this nervous system uses the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine. If your brain cannot communicate with your diaphragm via the release of acetylcholine from the vagus nerve (for example, impaired by botulinum toxin), then you will stop breathing and die[6]. Acetylcholine is responsible for learning and memory. It is also calming and relaxing, which is used by vagus nerve to send messages of peace and relaxation throughout your body. New research has found that acetylcholine is a major brake on inflammation in the body [4]. In other words, stimulating your vagus nerve sends acetylcholine throughout your body, not only relaxing you but also turning down the fires of inflammation which is related to the negative effects from stress[1]. Exciting new research has also linked the vagus nerve to improved neurogenesis, increased BDNF output (brain-derived neurotrophic factor is like super fertilizer for your brain cells) and repair of brain tissue, and to actual regeneration throughout the body.HEALTH, LONGEVITY & AGINGAs you get older, your immune system produces more inflammatory molecules, and your nervous system turns on the stress response, promoting system breakdown and aging. That’s not just talk. It’s backed by scientific studies. For example, Kevin Tracey, the director of the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research, discovered how the brain controls the immune system through a direct nerve-based connection. He describes this as the inflammatory reflex (i). Simply put, it is the way the immune system responds to the mind. Let me explain. You immune system is controlled by a nerve call the vagus nerve. But this isn’t just any nerve. It is the most important nerve coming from the brain and travels to all the major organs. And you can activate this nerve — through relaxation, meditation, and other ancient practices, such as the Mayan system of Light Language, combined with Vagus Nerve Activation Techniques given recently by the Group & Steve Rother, the Vagus Nerve can be activated and worked with energetically through geometry, frequency, color, and light. What’s the benefit of that? Well, by activating the vagus nerve, you can control your immune cells, reduce inflammation, and even prevent disease and aging! It’s true. By creating positive brain states — as meditation masters have done for centuries — you can switch on the vagus nerve and control inflammation. You can actually control your gene function by this method. Activate the vagus nerve, and you can switch on the genes that help control inflammation. Inflammation is one of the central factors of disease and aging.CELLULAR REGENERATIONEven more fascinating was the discovery that our bodies can regenerate at any age. Diane Krause, MD, PhD, from Yale University discovered that our own innate adult stem cells (cells that can turn into any cell in the body from our bone marrow) could be transformed into liver, bowel, lung, and skin cells. (ii) This is a phenomenal breakthrough. Here’s why. It means that we have the power to create new cells and renew our own organs and tissues at any age. And how are these stem cells controlled? You guessed it: the vagus nerve. For example, Theise et al. [5] have found that stems cells are directly connected to the vagus nerve. Activating the vagus nerve can stimulate stem cells to produce new cells and repair and rebuild your own organs. So relaxation — a state of calm, peace, and stillness – can activate the vagus nerve. And the vagus nerve, in turn, activates your stem cells to regenerate and renew your tissues and organs. RELAXATION & MEDITATIONScientists have even shown how meditation makes the brain bigger and better. They’ve mapped out the brain function of “professionalmeditators” by bringing Tibetan lamas trained in concentration and mental control into the laboratory. The result? They found higher levels of gamma brain waves and thicker brain cortexes (the areas associated with higher brain function) in meditators. (iii) Relaxation can have other powerful effects on our biology. In biology, being a complex system that can adapt to its environment and that is resilient and flexible is critical to health. The same is true for us. The more complex and resilient we are, the healthier we are. Take, for example, our heartbeat. Its complexity is called heart rate variability (HRV) or beat-to-beat variability. The more complex your HRV, the healthier you are. The least complex heart rate is the worst — a flat line. So what does this have to do with relaxation? The HRV is also controlled by the vagus nerve. As you can see, turning on the relaxation response and activating that vagus nerve is critical to health. Activating the Vagus Nerve Will: * Reduce inflammation * Help regenerate your organs and cells by activating stem cells * Increase your heart rate variability * Thicken your brain (which normally shrinks with aging). * Boost immune function * Modulate your nervous system * Reduce depression and stress * Enhance performance * Improve your quality of life Not bad for just learning to chill out!COMPASSION & DNAElizabeth Blackburn, PhD, who discovered telomeres, explained that, ultimately, they become so short that the end of our DNA unravels and we can no longer replicate our cells, so they die. Remarkably, mental stress produces a more rapid shortening of the telomeres — and leads to faster aging. What’s even more remarkable? In a study of caregivers of sick patients, the health of the caregivers’ telomeres was determined by their attitude! It sounds impossible, but it’s true. The caregivers who felt the care to be a burden had shorter telomeres, while those who saw their work as an opportunity to be compassionate had no shortening. (iv) Tthe Dalai Lama said that the seat of compassion is actually biological and — necessary for survival. Perhaps the development of compassion and wisdom in coping with unfavorable life conditions is the true key to longevity. It just may be that working to understand our true nature through the cultivation of our minds and hearts with positive practices like meditation or similar techniques is critical to health and longevity. The ways we can change our bodies through changing our minds is not longer a theory. There is a new scientific language to understand how the qualities of the mind control the body through effects on the vagus nerve, immune cells, stem cells, telomeres, DNA, and more. Remember, your body has all the resources and infinitely adaptable systems to self-regulate, repair, regenerate, and thrive. You simply have to learn how to work with your body, rather than against it. Then you can have a healthy, thriving life – and live out your full lifespan, which can be as high as 120+ years! LOVEBut here’s something even cooler – the research that Dacher Ketlner, director of the Social Interaction Laboratory at the University of California, Berkeley is doing shows that stimulating that vagus nerve is not only good for you – it’s good for the planet! “Our research and that of other scientists suggest that activation of the vagus nerve is associated with feelings of caretaking and the ethical intuition that humans from different social groups (even adversarial ones) share a common humanity. People who have high vagus nerve activation in a resting state, we have found, are prone to feeling emotions that promote altruism – compassion, gratitude, love and happiness.” There you go. Xienkula1 Posted December 14, 2013 Well the workshop was amazing, despite all uncertainties. It was a perfect lesson in letting go and trusting that there IS a deeper reason to share this with the world and whoever IS meant to be there WILL BE. Three manuals were created, and that's exactly what happened, the right 3 people showed up. AMAZING! Not only did they show up, they showed up and made sure they GOT it, and GOT IT they did...next week, we are meeting up for another fine-tuning, since there is a HUGE amount to internalize in the Inner Self Alignment System, yet once the foundations are established within it is SO incredibly easy to apply, and then you can build your skill to the point of being able to realign your spine very quickly in a matter of minutes. Not to Sell anyone anything, but it was beyond inspiring to observe people's hearts and minds open, to watch their bodies naturally shed decades perhaps lifetimes of destructive cellular memories and see their faces transform with more self-acceptance and self-love. Inner Self Alignment works through the balancing the flow of life force through the vagus nerve and through activating the pineal gland. So my international clients typically say, after a session and for MONTHS after, they feel as though a light bulb has gone ON in their their brain, they FEEL more creative, electric and juicy than ever, it's most commonly described as an AH HA! GENIUS moment. I am extending an opportunity here to any bums that want to that would love to have this experience with me on skype, a special holiday savings offer, valid until Dec 31st - INCLUDES: 1 hour Inner Self Alignment Session along 1/2 hour consult Vortexijah Pineal Activation + BONUS EASY as 1-2-3 Rejuvenation Pineal Diet Primer, + BONUS Pineal Toning Harmonic Activation You can apply them at home daily to amplify the work we've begun, that makes Increased REJUVENATION AND INNER GENIUS, easy, practical and fun, a regular value of $250 for ONLY $97.
